4 chicken pieces
1 cup yogurt
2 tsp masala as required
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili

2 tsp olive oil

1 or 2 piece of bread
1/2 soft butter
1/2 tsp minced garlic

1. Handling Chicken:
In a large bowl prepare a mixture of yogurt, gram masala, red chili, turmeric powder, coriander, salt, lemon juice, garlic and olive oil. Apply this mixture on chicken pieces and freeze it for 1 hour.
