Ricotta Cheese Spinach Pastry-Trendy Breakfast

Ricotta cheese with spinach flavored pastry is a delicious recipe which is combination of amazing ingredients. We can use it as foodie meal or also as a snack and in breakfast. The combination of ricotta cheese and spinach is the main reason of the final, buttery and soft crispy taste.

Ingredients:

1 cups fresh spinach
1/2 cup of ricotta cheese
1/2 any flavored cheese
1 small chopped onion
1 tsp olive oil
1 sheet of pastry
1 clove
1 cinnamon
1 egg
1 small piece of garlic

Heat up olive oil in a pan over light heat and pour chopped onion and garlic into the pan and cook up-to 5 minutes. Then use chopped spinach and give another 2 minutes. Beside combine cheese ricotta and any other one cheese in a bowl and then mix with mixture of onion, garlic and spinach nicely. Afterwards, you prepare pastry from pastry sheet according to your desired design depending on your requirement. Gently fill the pastry and fold it to give a complete shape. Dip each pastry into egg mixture before baking which will provide more shiny look to pastry.

Bake at 200 centigrade, use temperature according the mixture and requirement and give 20 minutes. Before serving give time to pastries for cooling. Serve with salad and Raita for best taste and enjoy the best breakfast, lunch or dinner.
