2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko for extra crunch)
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 eggs
1 tablespoon milk
1 cup flour (for dredging)
2 cup Cooking oil
For the Dipping Sauce (optional):
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons mustard
1 tablespoon mayo
Steps to Follow:
1. Prepare the Chicken:
Chicken should be cut down into very small pieces. To cut into circular shapes, cutter would be needed. Moreover, round rings can be used for more better round shapes.
2. Breadcrumb mixture:
In a medium bowl blend milk and egg and flour. Finally pour cheese, garlic and onion powder with little more salt and pepper. The breadcrumb mixture is ready.
3. Dipping Chicken In mixture:
This process must be done gently and nicely as dipping into mixture, and sticking to chicken pieces are both different. The mixture must stick to pieces for better making and baking.
4. Frying the Chicken Donuts:
